Congratulations to John Taylor fishing Junction 5th June, he caught his personal best salmon at 28lb. He says it was a fresh run fish, and John is still shaking ! This was later revised to 32lb by the gillie as the fish was measured at 112cm and the Tweed chart reckons that should be 32.5lb. Pud Murray added to our Facebook page the following:-

• the fish is going in the junction book at 32lbs. It was measured at 112cms long and was fresh run in peak condition..

  the fish of a lifetime..it was 112cms long. The tweed chart puts it at 32.5lbs so its going in our book as 32lbs…
