Salmon and Sea Trout fishing on the River Tweed – One Rod for sale.
Cardrona Fishings sits to the west of Innerleithen in the Scottish Borders. It is a 1.85 mile right bank beat and was acquired by seven like minded salmon fishers back in 2008. The fishery is run for the owners enjoyment, with two rods let per day on FishTweed to fund the annual levy and minimal running costs.
The beat is very lightly fished by the owners (most of whom work) casting a line when they can find the time and the conditions are favourable. For the last few seasons no one has fished during spring or early the summer.
The nine year average is 57 salmon and 11 sea trout which is predominantly for catches from September to November.
